1. Whatever the age or breed, health checks are an important part of your pet’s healthcare routine and especially important if the history of your pet may by unclear.
2. Your pet is unable to tell us when they are feeling poorly so regular checks a vet are recommended to ensure they stay fit, happy and healthy and so we can spot signs of any issues sooner rather than later.
3. It helps establish a good association with the vet. If you only take your pet to the vet when they’re in pain or discomfort, they will associate a visit to the vet with a bad experience. We’ll work with you to provide the best advice and treatment if required.
