This promotion is running at selected practices within Linnaeus Veterinary Limited. Linnaeus Veterinary Limited (Company Number: 10790375) with a registered office at Friars Gate, 1011 Stratford Road, Shirley, West Midlands, B90 4BN ("we", "us", and "our") is the promoter of New Pet Free Vet Check (“Promotion”).
1. By participating in the Promotion, you ("Participant" and "you") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Conditions") and confirm that all information submitted is true, accurate, and complete.
2. The Promotion can be changed or withdrawn without notice and will be available for a limited period only. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any and all Participants and may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any Participant that fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements. Who can participate

Voucher Details
7. You will receive a voucher for a free vet consultation during which you will have a one-to-one appointment with a qualified veterinary surgeon at the participating practice (“Voucher”). Only one Voucher can be used per Pet.
8. In order to redeem your voucher you must:
a) Log in or sign up to your Fur Life account
b) Click the "get coupon" button on the Fur Life Free Vet Check page. A personalised
coupon will then be emailed directly to you for you to redeem at your nearest Linnaeus
practice (terms apply).
c) Find your nearest participating veterinary practice here. Once you've chosen your nearest
practice, please book with them directly via telephone or online and be prepared to show your coupon at your appointment. Please note this must be done within the period stipulated in section 6(b) above.
9. Consultation times and length may vary. All other products and services are excluded from this Promotion.
10. The Voucher redemption is dependent on appointment availability. Only the cost of the vet consultation is covered and any treatment/investigations which are required as a result of the consultation are not covered and additional charges may apply.
